Privacy Policy
Frayvo separates public website activity from the private business workspace. The private application stores information entered by the account owner, including inventory, purchase, listing, sale, expense, mileage, receipt, customer-order and audit records.
Information collected
Public contact submissions include the name, email, topic and message provided. Private records include the business data and files intentionally entered by authorized users. Standard server logs may include IP address, browser information, requested pages and timestamps.
How information is used
Information is used to operate Frayvo, secure the account, provide requested downloads, respond to messages, maintain audit history, and generate owner-requested records and exports. Frayvo does not sell private business records.
Storage and security
Private files are stored in a web-blocked directory and delivered through authenticated or token-protected routes. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. No website can eliminate every risk; the owner is responsible for secure hosting credentials, updates and backups.
Retention and access
The owner controls private records and should follow applicable Canadian record-retention requirements. Contact Frayvo to ask about a public contact submission. Marketplace and payment providers have their own privacy policies.
Cookies
The private application uses an essential session cookie for authentication and CSRF protection. Frayvo does not require advertising cookies.
Contact
Use the contact form for privacy questions. Do not submit credentials or highly sensitive identifiers through the form.
